Originally from New Zealand, Mathew spent three decades building and scaling businesses across the UK, Europe, the USA, the Middle East, Asia Pacific, and beyond. His career began with the successful commercialisation of a New Zealand-developed digital technology, which was sold to BAE Systems plc satellite division in the UK — an achievement that launched a global business career spanning multiple industries and markets.

Over the years, he has worked alongside leading brands, including businesses within the Virgin Group network, helping organisations embrace innovation, growth, and digital transformation.
